We're happy to help refund your ticket purchase. Purchases may be refunded UP TO 60 minutes prior to the scheduled showtime. Sign in to your High Sierra Theatres account to find the tickets you wish to refund. Ticket purchases are only valid for the location and film that is printed on the confirmation page or printed tickets. A refund of your order, in most cases, returns the cost of your ticket(s) back to your original payment method (e.g. credit card, debit card, gift card), except for the convenience fee. Our tickets include a non-refundable convenience fee so that we can continue to provide movie fans with our service.

Online Refund Method: Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.

You can also process refunds or exchanges at the theatre's box office any time before the showtime. To exchange High Sierra Theatres online or mobile app ticket purchases at the theatre, the credit card or gift card used in the purchase must be presented at the box office. To refund High Sierra Theatres ticket purchases at the theatre (minus the online fee), the confirmation number and credit card or gift card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office to process a refund. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.

In the unusual situation that a show is canceled, you will be entitled to a refund for the full purchase price of your tickets, including any service charges.

Refund Processing may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank account. Refunds conducted on the same date of the transaction will be voided and the original "pending" charge will fall off the applicable account in up to 5-7 business days. If you used a High Sierra Theatres gift card or CINECASH dollars, the refund should be reflected in your account immediately.

ticketing avenues must be refunded through Fandango directly. To receive a refund from Fandango, please contact them at least 2 hours before your movie showtime at 1-866- 857-5191 or request a refund through Fandango’s customer service form.
